Shopping with Lamonchie: Terms You Should Know

We believe in transparency. Here's everything you agree to when shopping with us.

Payments

• All purchases are prepaid only. We offer secure online checkout
• No Cash on Delivery
• You will receive a GST invoice automatically after purchase

Note: Our online and in-store prices may not always be the same. This is because online
orders include added costs like logistics, platform fees, and taxes.

By ordering online, you agree to these differences and understand that pricing may be
slightly higher or lower than what’s available in-store.

Shipping

• Orders processed in 1 to 2 business days
• Delivered in 2 to 7 days depending on location
• You will get a tracking link via email or SMS
• Please double-check your address during checkout; we are not responsible for

non-delivery due to incorrect details

Cancellations

• You can cancel your order before it ships
• Email info@lamonchie.com with your order number
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Exchanges

• First exchange = free
• Exchange allowed within 7 days
• Items must be unused and include:
            • Shoes
            • Shoe horn
            • Shoe Cream
            • Bags
            • Undamaged box
            • Exchange shipping may be deducted

Color Note: Shade differences due to lighting or screens don’t qualify as defects

Warranty

• Covers 3 months
• Includes stitching, pasting, manufacturing issues
• Repairs only for worn pairs
• Courier costs must be covered by customer
• Cosmetic marks, misuse, and wear/tear not covered
